FundPi — Terms of Service Updated August 31, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FundPi you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Pi Network account. By using FundPi, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Pi Network Authentication

Login is performed exclusively via the official Pi SDK within the Pi Browser. FundPi does not store your Pi password or private keys. Session tokens are verified server‑side via secure bearer tokens.

4. Project Submissions & Content

• You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and originality of all content you submit.
• Prohibited: scams, illegal activity, infringement, hateful or harassing content, or misleading claims.
• Public information: titles, descriptions, images, tags, goals, and updates you publish are visible to others.

5. Funding & Payments

• All payments are in Pi via the official Pi SDK. FundPi does not act as a financial intermediary.
• Payments go from supporter to project owner through the in‑app flow. Ensure you trust the project before donating.
• Completed donations record a payment identifier and (where available) on‑chain reference.
• Refunds are generally not provided unless required by law or decided by the project owner in coordination with the platform team.

6. No Financial Advice

FundPi is a community funding platform, not an investment service. Supporting a project is voluntary and carries risk. No returns are promised or implied.

7. Platform Rules

• No impersonation, spam, or abusive behavior.
• No illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content or activity.
• Respect intellectual property and applicable laws.

8. Moderation & Removal

We may review, approve, reject, or remove projects or accounts at our discretion to protect users and platform integrity, including for violations of these Terms, abuse, or legal requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

• You retain rights to your original content. By submitting it to FundPi you grant us a non‑exclusive license to host and display it on the platform.
• Report suspected infringement via the contact channel below.

10. Limitation of Liability

FundPi is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use or interactions between users.

11. Changes to the Platform

Features and policies may be updated over time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or harmful conduct. You may request account deletion via support.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable international online standards and the operational policies of the Pi ecosystem. Disputes should be addressed in good faith with the goal of community fairness.
